Refund Policy

We do not prorate rent at time of move-out.

All rent is due on the 1st of the month and the minimum charge is one month rent. If there is still a customer’s lock on a unit as of the 1st of the month, full rent is due for that month and there will be no refunds of a current months rent. Rent will be pro-rated for move-outs only for rent that is prepaid in advance of the current month. If the tenant moves out mid-month the tenant agrees to pay a full month's rent.

In the event an account is overcharged due to an entry error, Huntington Park Self Storage will refund the account as soon as the discrepancy can be verified by the Partnership office. All verified refunds that may be made will be mailed from the Partnership office provided that a current address is provided by customer.
